About Jared

In his role as Senior Partner for Partners In Leadership Jared plays a critical role in content development, authorship, and ongoing development of our field practitioners. Jared has consulted with leaders in some of the world’s most successful organizations in the world. He has extensive experience working in the healthcare industry and has helped non-profit, for profit, and governmental organizations. Clients he has teamed with include well-known organizations such as Aurora Health Care, Boehringer-Ingelheim, Cigna, GlaxoSmithKline, HCA, Johnson & Johnson, McKesson, Merck, New York Presbyterian Hospital, OSF Healthcare, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, the U.S. Navy, and Waters.

Jared’s experience includes partnering and consulting specifically in hospitals, pharmaceutical teams, medical devices, healthcare information technology, and insurance organizations. Additionally, he is well regarded as an expert C-suite executive coach to hospital leadership teams, insurance leadership teams, pharmaceutical sales leadership teams, and medical device leadership teams of many of the largest organizations in the world.

Using our time tested and proven Culture of Accountability process, Jared has helped one particular healthcare system move patient satisfaction scores from the 35th percentile to the 75th percentile in just over a year.

As a gifted consultant, Jared has also worked outside healthcare with distinguished companies, including Apple, Bose, Citizens Bank, and Harley Davidson. When working with Apple, Jared helped a large team use the Partners In Leadership Accountability Training solution with the rollout of their highly successful Apple retail store strategy.

Jared received a bachelor of science in business management from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Bentley College.
