Dwight’s industry experience includes banking, healthcare, petroleum, pharmaceutical, software, telecom, accounting, energy, retail, technology, automotive, hospitality, food & beverage, manufacturing, and city, county, and state government organizations, among others.
Prior to Partners In Leadership Dwight was a VP for an investor education firm where he managed start-up sales logistics with new brokerage accounts, created and executed growth strategies, and managed 130 employees.
More recently, Dwight was a Practice Leader where he supported his previous organization’s domestic and international partners. He has extensive experience with designing and delivering engagements for the purpose of transforming teams, departments, divisions and entire organizations. His roll-up-your-sleeves approach resonates with audiences at all levels—from senior executives to the front lines. He is also regarded as an experienced keynote speaker, having spoken at conferences and forums for global engineering firms, healthcare organizations, and financial organizations, among others.
Dwight received his bachelor’s degree in business/corporate communications from Brigham Young University.
